Right now, a landmark case is being fought in court. The Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana have sued the Biden administration for a grave infringement of the First Amendment right to freedom of speech – the underpinning of every freedom in the United States – by their having continually instructed social media companies to remove content that contradicted the desired government narrative.
The judge gave a preliminary ruling for the plaintiffs – an injunction against Biden and the other defendants, who are now appealing for their “right” to continue censoring the speech of the American public.

The memorandum is 155 pages long. It goes into great detail of the numerous shocking violations of free speech which the government engaged in.
“This could be arguably one of the most important First Amendment cases in modern history,” Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry told The Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leaders” in an interview after the ruling.
“If you look at the opinion that the judge lays out, he takes from our argument that this is basically one of the most massive undertakings of the federal government to limit American speech in the history of our country,” Mr. Landry, a Republican, said. “The things that we uncovered, in this case, should be … shocking, appalling, and concerning for all Americans.”
Laypeople who passionately promoted the killer shots now often try to change the topic when asked about the now-undeniable facts that have become widely known. They say “covid is over,” and don’t want to talk about the uncomfortable subject. They won’t own up to the harmful misinformation they spouted or how unjustly they treated unvaxxed friends and family.
But all of this MATTERS – actually, very, very much.
If the fundamental mistakes which led to this point aren’t righted, it will happen again. If widespread corrections aren’t issued, vaxxed people will not get the proper health treatment, and their lives will continue to be endangered.
Those in positions of power who put out the murderous information which killed so many have NOT issued any kind of retraction or apology.
In fact, in many cases, they continue to promote the same poisonous misinfo.
IDSA (the Infectious Diseases Society of America), of which Dr. Glatt is a fellow and a spokesperson, is right in lockstep with the CDC, and has this on its site right now:

This is not a pleasant post to write. In fact, I approach the task with hesitancy and only after a clear Rabbinical directive urging me to publicize this information. Opening eyes equals saving lives.
The bombshell I discovered left me shaken, and you will likely feel similarly.
For the past three years, there has been a big question mark – why did the Five Towns [on Long Island, New York] and surrounding communities fall for the covid and vaccine scam, hook, line, and sinker? Why were Dr. Glatt and other powers-that-be who held sway over the people so irrationally antagonistic to any truth that would have saved lives – anything that went against the government narrative?
We may have now found another part of the answer.
The Torah tells us that once money enters the picture, people’s judgment is clouded.
We already know that Dr. Aaron Glatt was the Nassau County covid liaison to the community to promote the government objectives, and that he is a spokesman for IDSA, the Infectious Diseases Society of America, which strongly promotes vaccination (more on this soon.)
But this new revelation tops all.
What effect does a contract worth $390 million have on a dentist living in Lawrence named Martin (Moshe) Cukier, who owns a medical company called Executive Medical Services, aka Affiliated Physicians? When the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene hired him to give covid tests and covid vaccines, did he close his eyes to dangers of the shots that he’d heard about? Did he perhaps also exert influence in his community to ensure that information which would be harmful to his lucrative business would not become known? I do not know, but we must consider this possibility to help explain behavior in the community which otherwise made no sense.
Three hundred and ninety MILLION DOLLARS is HUGE.
What did Martin Cukier do for this $390 million payment?
The Epoch Times reported in a July 5 article by Zachary Steiber:
“The contract paid Executive Medical Services to create long-term and temporary, or popup, sites for COVID-19 testing or vaccination. Out of 302 sites, 267 were temporary.
“The agency originally agreed to pay Executive Medical Services up to $500,000. After six amendments to the contract, stretching it through the end of 2022, the agency paid the contractor some $390 million.”
The lucrative deal came under scrutiny recently because of the results of an audit by New York City Comptroller Brad Lander.
“New York City health officials regularly overpaid a contractor to administer COVID-19 tests and vaccines, paying as much as $14,050 for a single COVID-19 vaccination, an audit shows.
“Officials let Executive Medical Services, a contractor awarded a contract early in the COVID-19 pandemic, to set its own staffing levels, leading to uncontrolled costs, New York City Comptroller Brad Lander found.
That led to exorbitant costs and low efficiency, with an analysis of invoices showing that only one vaccination was administered for every two billed hours.”
Would it not be fair to require Drs. Martin Cukier and Aaron Glatt to use their earnings to pay for the treatments of vaxxed community members – or anyone injected at Martin’s hundreds of COVID-19 vaccine sites – who now have chronic severe health problems? Not only that. Why should the people who got the shots and are now in danger of blood clots pay for their own preventative treatments? And what about reparations to the loved ones of every victim they injected who has died?
Here is the proof that Martin (Moshe) Cukier is the CEO of Executive Medical Services, otherwise known as Affiliated Physicians, (and which formed a partnership with Mt. Sinai Hospital in 2014):
I want to demonstrate how irrationally the leadership of the Five Towns and of the surrounding area fell into lockstep with the wholly unscientific CDC propaganda – and just how deep the antagonism went in the leadership of the communities to any crack in the lies they promoted. This obviously had a direct effect of causing death and injury from the vaccines.

Remember that Dr. Glatt, in his capacity at Mt. Sinai South Nassau, is responsible for the death of a 52 year-old wife and mother, Deborah Bucko, as he refused to allow the administration to her of ivermectin, a harmless drug – even as she neared death and her husband pleaded for the chance to save her life. The court twice ordered that Deborah be given the drug, and she showed improvement. As her husband and Dr. Glatt fought in court the third time, Deborah died.
In the spring and summer of 2021, when we were desperately trying to get information on the truths about the deadly injections to communities who were in the dark, we published an ad in a Queens community publication and mailed materials to many thousands of households – at an expense of tens of thousands of dollars, funded by donors whose only interest was saving lives.
Here is the apology for the ads, which the publisher was bullied into printing. Notice how their “correct” information was obtained from JOWMA, of all places.JOWMA has since removed all their covid vax information from their own website, as it aged terribly.
Dr. Glatt claimed to “not make a penny” from promoting the vaccines, but we know that his very identity and career is based on promoting the government/pharma party line.
In fact, Dr. Glatt was considered so “reliable” that he was appointed very early on as the government liaison to the Nassau County community:

Dr. Glatt’s hospital, Mt. Sinai South Nassau, (listed in the link below as South Nassau Communities Hospital due to their merger) received $84.5 million from the government under the CARES act, as well as additional millions in funding from other sources (the Federal government used billions of dollars to bribe medical centers by means of various programs – such as the American Rescue Plan and through NYC and NYS governments.)
Here is an example of a CDC agreement which clearly obligated the recipients of the CDC grant money to promote the covid vaccines. They had to document how they were using the money to provide and increase vaccination and show proof of the resulting upsurge in community vax uptake.
(Of course, hundreds of thousands of other medical centers and doctors received huge payments to promote and provide the covid shots, as well – not just Mt. Sinai.)
So WHAT did Dr. Glatt mean, exactly, when he said he “doesn’t make a penny” from promoting the vaccine?
Was correct information on the dangers of the covid vaccines and on effective treatment for the disease even accessible early on?
Yes – the truth was already available – from the very beginning of the rollout – to anyone who earnestly sought it. Didn’t Dr. Glatt, with the weight of the community – who hung onto his words, around his shoulders, have the responsibility to think critically, do a proper investigation, and be sure he was thoroughly informed on these life-and-death matters?
Didn’t Dr. Martin Cukier have a responsibility to thoroughly investigate the possible effects of the brand new shot he was being paid so handsomely to inject into the public?
Yet Dr. Glatt refused Dr. Zelenko’s invitation to participate in a repurposed drug trial (Dr. Zelenko told me this himself), refused the invitation to debate the world-class physician, Peter McCullough MD, (who is a public health expert), and clearly had no interest in learning about the critical information that Dr. Zelenko, Dr. McCullough, and their numerous colleagues had.
Of course, every one of Dr. Glatt’s assertions about the vaccine has proven patently false.

Again, what role did the government/pharma payoffs received by Dr. Martin Cukier, Dr. Aaron Glatt, (and the community medical centers and hospitals) play in the religious-like vax push to the community, and the suppression of true information?
To say that they have been 100 percent wrong in everything they so unequivocally assured their communities would be an understatement.
Yeshiva World News – a Five Towns-connected publication – is going to have a lot of explaining to do, as they continually published lies promoting the covid vaccines. Even now, as they have no choice but to acknowledge some injuries, YWN sickeningly, falsely continues to claim they’re “extremely rare.”
Meningococcal disease is a bacterial infection caused by the bacteria Neisseria meningitidis (N. meningitidis).1 There are thirteen identified types (serogroups) of N. meningitidis or meningococci,2 with six causing epidemics resulting in invasive meningococcal disease. Meningitis is the most common form of invasive meningococcal disease, accounting for about 75 percent of all cases.
Symptoms of meningitis usually appear between three and seven days after exposure to the meningococcal bacteria. At first, symptoms may appear mild and similar to cold or flu symptoms, such as headache, fever, aches, and pains. As the illness progresses, additional symptoms may arise, including skin rash, severe headache, stiff neck, nausea, vomiting, inability to look at bright lights, mental confusion and irritability, extreme fatigue/sleepiness, convulsions, and unconsciousness. In babies, symptoms may include a high-pitched moaning cry, difficulty or refusal to feed, and bulging of the fontanel (the soft area on the top of the head).1
Rates of meningococcal disease have declined in the United States since the 1990s and remain low. In 2019, there were about 375 total cases of meningococcal disease reported (incidence rate of 0.11 cases per 100,000 persons). Anyone can get meningococcal disease, but rates of disease are highest in children younger than 1 year old, with a second peak in adolescence. Among adolescents and young adults, those 16 through 23 years old have the highest rates of meningococcal disease.
Meningitis vaccine
There are currently seven FDA licensed meningococcal vaccines in the U.S. However, two vaccines, Menactra and Menomune, are no longer produced. In total, these vaccines target five of the 13 meningococcal serotypes. Menveo, MenQuadfi, and PENBRAYA are conjugate vaccines that target serogroups A, C, Y and W-135.8 BEXSERO and TRUMENBA are recombinant vaccines that target serogroup B.
The CDC recommends that children 11 to 12 years of age receive the first dose of ACWY meningococcal vaccine conjugate, and a booster dose at age 16. For individuals at age 16 or older, vaccines for all currently available serogroups (A, C, W, Y and B) are recommended by the CDC. The CDC also recommends that high risk children between 2 months and 10 years and high-risk adults be vaccinated with meningococcal conjugate vaccine.3
Meningococcal disease is a serious and potentially life-threatening infection caused by the bacteria Neisseria meningitides. Most frequently, the illness can result in inflammation of the meninges of the brain (meningitis) and a serious bloodstream infection (septicemia/meningococcemia). Invasive meningococcal disease can also present as arthritis and pneumonia.
Not easily spread:
Meningococcal disease is not easily spread and requires one to be susceptible to the infection and to have regular close contact with a person who is colonizing the bacteria. Between 10-20 percent of individuals are asymptomatic carriers and colonize the bacteria that causes meningococcal disease in the back of their throats.
Natural community immunity:
Natural community immunity contributes significantly to low disease incidence. Research shows that about 20 to 40 percent of Americans are asymptomatically colonizing meningococcal organisms in their nasal passages and throats.121314 This colonization boosts an individual’s innate immunity to invasive meningococcal infection throughout life.15 The CDC has recognized high levels of innate community immunity and noted that the majority of Americans will experience asymptomatic infection as children or young adults without complications and develop protective bactericidal antibodies against meningococcal disease.1617
Low rates in the U.S.:
Meningococcal rates are low in the U.S. and have steadily declined since the 1990’s. In 2020, there were approximately 235 cases in the U.S. Of these cases 26 percent were unknown and ungroupable serotypes with 20 percent occurring in children too young to be vaccinated. For 2020, 23 death were reported, or less than ten percent of cases.18 Individuals most at risk for contracting meningococcal disease are infants, adolescents, young adults and seniors.
Meningitis Vaccine
Adverse effects
The CDC states that individuals receiving meningococcal vaccines may experience mild side effects such as pain or redness at the injection site, headache, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, fever, chills, nausea, and diarrhea. Additionally, the CDC warns that persons receiving any vaccine may collapse (faint), experience a severe allergic reaction, and even serious injury and death. Serious adverse events associated with meningococcal vaccines include anaphylaxis, wheezing, upper airway swelling, difficulty breathing, hypotension, itching, hives, lymph node swelling, Guillain-Barre syndrome, convulsions, facial palsy, vasovagal syncope, paresthesia, transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, extensive swelling of the injected limb and injection site.
Meningitis B vaccine not routinely recommended
Meningococcal B vaccines have not been given a routine recommendation by the CDC due to several factors. These factors included the high number of vaccinations that would be required to prevent a single case of the disease, low rates of disease, cost of the vaccine, lack of efficacy and safety data, and the possibility of serious adverse vaccine reactions exceeding the number of cases prevented.
In 2020, 85.7 percent of college students (18-24 years) and 69.2 percent of persons not attending college (18-24 years) had received at least one dose of MenACWY vaccine. For this same age group and college status, 14.3 percent of college students and 18.2 percent of persons not attending college had received at least one dose of MenB vaccine.
Meningitis vaccine can cause meningitis
In a paper in the journal Neurology, study authors have found evidence from VAERS and the FDA that the vaccine can cause meningitis.5
Treatment
Bacterial meningitis can be treated with several different antibiotics.6 Readers should be aware that the antibiotic ciprofloxacin, which is sometimes recommended for meningitis, is part of the fluoroquinolone family of antibiotics that carry a black box warning. Their use has been proscribed for certain infections.
Fluoroquinolones are antibiotics that kill or stop the growth of bacteria. While these drugs are effective in treating serious bacterial infections, an FDA safety review found that both oral and injectable fluroquinolones are associated with disabling side effects involving tendons, muscles, joints, nerves and the central nervous system. These side effects can occur hours to weeks after exposure to fluoroquinolones and may potentially be permanent.7

Vitamin A stops the measles virus from rapidly multiplying inside cells by up-regulating the
innate immune system in uninfected cells which helps to prevent the virus from infecting new
cells. It is well known today that a low vitamin A level correlates with low measles-specific
antibodies and increased morbidity and mortality. Vitamin A is a well-proven intervention
for reduction of mortality, concomitant infections, and hospital stay.
It made no more sense to vaccinate against measles in 1963 than it does to put an infected child
in a dark room instead of just giving vitamin A, which protects the retinas and the uninfected
cells. In Africa, it’s the massive bodily demand for vitamin A that causes xeropthalmia (dry
eyes) which, even long term, is reversible with vitamin A supplements.
The efficiency of the cellular immune system is tied to the intake of dietary nutrients, including
vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, and protein rich in vitamin B. Poor nutrition leads to
impaired cellular immune responses, which results in worse outcomes after measles infection or
exposure.
When the body fights any infection, especially measles, vitamin A stores become depleted by
various mechanisms. Measles infections and high-titer measles vaccines both impair cell mediated
immunity, in part because of vitamin A depletion. . . .

What’s in the vaccine? Below are the vaccine excipients for the current MMR vaccines from page 9 of the CDC’s pink book:
The MMR Vaccine combines three separate vaccines – measles, mumps, and rubella (German measles) in a single vial for a single shot. While each vaccine has been tested individually for efficacy, the combination vaccine has never undergone efficacy testing. It states this in Section 14.1, Clinical Efficacy, in the 2023 vaccine package insert (page 8)
Efficacy of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines was established in a series of double-blind controlled trials. {29-34} These studies also established that seroconversion in response to vaccination against measles, mumps and rubella paralleled protection.
This was more clearly spelled out in the Clinical Pharmacology section of the 2017 vaccine package insert (page 2):
Efficacy of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines was established in a series of double-blind controlled field trials which demonstrated a high degree of protective efficacy afforded by the individual vaccine components.{7-12} These studies also established that seroconversion in response to vaccination against measles, mumps, and rubella paralleled protection from these diseases.

Flu deaths
Deaths attributed to the flu are largely not from the virus as claimed but from a secondary bacterial infection that causes pneumonia.
1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic
Predominant role of bacterial pneumonia as a cause of death in pandemic influenza: implications for pandemic influenza preparedness1
Conclusions: The majority of deaths in the 1918-1919 influenza pandemic likely resulted directly from secondary bacterial pneumonia caused by common upper respiratory-tract bacteria. Less substantial data from the subsequent 1957 and 1968 pandemics are consistent with these findings. If severe pandemic influenza is largely a problem of viral-bacterial copathogenesis, pandemic planning needs to go beyond addressing the viral cause alone (e.g., influenza vaccines and antiviral drugs). Prevention, diagnosis, prophylaxis, and treatment of secondary bacterial pneumonia, as well as stockpiling of antibiotics and bacterial vaccines, should also be high priorities for pandemic planning.
Calling the CDC’s flu statistics false and misleading, Stoller points out that the CDC claims an annual flu death toll of 36,000 Americans, based on conflating flu and pneumonia deaths. Yet, for 2001, the number of influenza and pneumonia deaths totaled 62,000, of which only 257 were attributed to the flu and only 18 were positively identified as flu. From 1979 – 2,000, there were an average of 1348 flu deaths per year, ranging from between 257-3006. There are many problems with the way the CDC derives their figures. The 36,000 figure we are all familiar with, it turns out, is an estimated model of flu-associated deaths. but even that association, William Thompson of the CDC admits, isn’t necessarily the underlying cause of death.
Influenza-like illness was more common in children vaccinated against influenza in this observational study, but prior health-seeking behaviour may have contributed to this difference.
This means that children whose families are more health conscious may be less susceptible to illness.
Transmission of shed LAIV vaccine viruses from vaccine recipients to unvaccinated persons has been documented, but has not been reported to be associated with serious illness.2

12.1 Mechanism of Action
Immune mechanisms conferring protection against influenza following receipt of FluMist Quadrivalent
vaccine are not fully understood; serum antibodies, mucosal antibodies, and influenza-specific T cells
may play a role.
FluMist and FluMist Quadrivalent contain live attenuated influenza viruses that must infect and replicate
in cells lining the nasopharynx of the recipient to induce immunity. Vaccine viruses capable of infection
and replication can be cultured from nasal secretions obtained from vaccine recipients (shedding) [see
Clinical Pharmacology (12.2)].3
Recipients of the FluMist nasal spray influenza vaccine shed the disease for up to 4 weeks following vaccination.4
Flu shot shedding: “In adjusted models, we observed 6.3 (95% CI 1.9–21.5) times more aerosol shedding among cases with vaccination in the current and previous season compared with having no vaccination in those two seasons.”5
From the conclusions: “. . . Examining virus interference by specific respiratory viruses showed mixed results. Vaccine derived virus interference was significantly associated with coronavirus and human metapneumovirus; however, significant protection with vaccination was associated not only with most influenza viruses, but also parainfluenza, RSV, and non-influenza virus infections.” (Emphasis added.)6
This study shows that recipients of the flu vaccine were more likely to get sick with coronavirus and metapneumovirus
This study, although very pro-vaccine, basically dismantles all of the “evidence” used to promote the efficacy and necessity of the flu shot and its use in “vulnerable populations” and healthcare workers. It also outlines that the Pharma companies won’t develop a “better” shot because that would cut their yearly profits and target market of 7.5 billion people yearly.

After WWII, the world was shocked to learn that doctors had conducted horrific medical experiments on human beings, leaving them debilitated or dead.
The Nuremberg Code of Medical Ethics was developed to prevent such human experimentation and atrocities from ever occurring again.2Among the principles of the code are:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probably cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
Manny Bekier in “The Ethical Considerations of Medical Experimentation on Human Subjects”3 sought to understand how the doctors in Nazi Germany (a large proportion of whom signed up for the Nazi party) were able to carry out those experiments and the implications for medicine today. He wrote:
In addition to claiming they were acting within the law, the Nazi doctors justified their actions by what they considered to be moral reasons. To mention a few: law takes precedence over ethics; the good of the many is more important than the good of the few; national emergencies supersede ethics; to improve society by social engineering based on eugenic theories; some groups can lose their claim to humanity; some people were sub-humans (racially inferior) and were equated with vermin; Jews were a threat to society and the family.
The Galilee Declaration affirms the Stockholm Declaration and includes a supplement for healthcare practitioners. From Item 2 of the physician supplement:
“We acknowledge that the destructive potential of science focused solely on knowledge acquisition and population health without care for individual human beings peaked during the Third Reich with its extreme dehumanizing political conditions and profound moral failures of its health care and scientific establishments. These failures pose a major challenge to contemporary medicine, and they compel us to ensure that the lessons of the Holocaust are integrated into the identities of present and future physicians and other health professionals.”
The right to decline an unwanted medical intervention, free from coercion, is codified in Article 6 (Consent) of UNESCO’s 2005 Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights:
“Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice.
“The interests and welfare of the individual should have priority over the sole interest of science or society.” (Emphasis added.)

However, when it comes to vaccines all moral and ethical considerations are pushed aside. Blanket claims of vaccine safety are belied by the acknowledgment that they have unavoidable adverse side effects.6 Scientists at the WHO Global Vaccine Safety Summit admitted that there is a dearth of knowledge about vaccines including a lack of safety science. Since 1988 close to $5 million has been awarded to individuals and families of children who have been grievously injured or have died from a vaccine.
Yet, vaccines are mandated purportedly for population health and the public good without concern for the individual. As we’ve seen since COVID-19, national emergencies still supersede ethics; the COVID-19 vaccine was an experiment on the world and Israelis in particular, as Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla acknowledged.
A pretense of ethics – but not really
New York City implemented mandatory flu vaccines for nursery school children. Schools are fined up to $2,000 per child who is not vaccinated. Does that make sense to anyone, other than the vaccine manufacturers?7
Why is she afraid to tell parents the truth about the vaccines and the diseases they are supposed to prevent? What is she trying to hide from them? Is that ethical?
Are our doctors ethical?
Disease fear-mongering is resulting in significant damage to the fabric of the Jewish community. Hundreds or even thousands of families are suffering in silence.
Many rabbis have stated their support for bills removing religious exemptions. Is this a reasonable stance?
As of this writing, New York, California, Maine, West Virginia, and Connecticut no longer permit religious exemptions;1 other states are also putting forward bills to eliminate religious (and for those that still have them, philosophical) exemptions and other bills that infringe on personal rights and privacy.2 For instance, NJ bill S3240 seeks to set up a vaccine registry to which everyone who is vaccinated will be automatically added unless a written request is made not to be included. The information in the registry would be made available to multiple parties and used:
to help ensure that registrants receive all recommended immunizations in a timely manner by providing access to the registrants’ immunization records;
to help improve immunization rates by providing notice to registrants of overdue or upcoming immunizations; and
to help control communicable diseases by assisting in the identification of persons who require immediate immunization in the event of a vaccine-preventable disease outbreak.3
Vaccine mandates eliminate or severely restrict your legal right to informed consent to vaccine risk-taking, Each person is biologically different; not everyone reacts the same way to medications or vaccines in the same way we do not all respond identically to infections.
During the past three decades the Institute of Medicine has published a series of reports pointing out the large gaps in vaccine safety science and has confirmed that some people are genetically, biologically and environmentally more susceptible to suffering brain inflammation and other types of serious vaccine reactions but doctors often do not know who will be injured or die from vaccination.
Health officials also know that children and adults who are fully vaccinated can still contract the disease for which they’ve been fully vaccinated such as for pertussis (whooping cough). While the vaccine stops the disease those vaccinated can still become unknowingly infected with it and transmit it to others.4
Merck’s vaccine package insert for the chicken pox vaccine (image above) recommends that recently vaccinated children stay distance themselves from pregnant women and the immunocompromised for a period of six weeks.5
As of October 1, 2023, the federal government has paid $4,598,924,955.65 in compensation for vaccine injury claims filed with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).6 The adjudication program for injury claims related to vaccines on the childhood schedule was part of the 1986 bill which made it very difficult to sue vaccine manufacturers for injury.7
Moreover, as posts throughout Rodef Shalom 613 attest, much that the public is led to believe about the safety and effectiveness of vaccines is simply not true.
Do a few rabbanim have the right to pasken for everyone for all time?
If a Posek would actually take the time to research the risks presented and comes to the conclusion that based on some risk of vaccines and low risk of injury from measles, that it is assur to take the vaccine, would you not want the freedom to follow your Rav’s Psak (Shivim Pa’nim La’Torah)?
Who are we to determine what every P’sak should be on any given topic? Who in this generation is willing to tell the government to ignore other Poskim and not allow for religious exemption?
We went through this in Europe when the Reform movement got control of the government and made life for the observant miserable.
Should we not learn from history? We live in a Medina Shel Chessed that gives us freedom of religion; do we want to risk losing that?

How much do vaccines cost?

Stocks of Pfizer and other Covid vaccine makers like BioNTech and Moderna fell in premarket trading . . . after the company slashed its revenue forecasts . . ., a change in fortune for the sector as demand for the pandemic-related products that propelled them to record profits last year plummets.23
Annual COVID shots may still provide blockbuster earnings
Moderna and Pfizer both have predicted the market will follow that of the flu vaccine market, implying about 50% of Americans may go for an annual jab. If this happens, we could be looking at blockbuster revenue for vaccine makers.4
Despite raking in billions of dollars from the sale of its COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer’s declining stock price is a distress signal to investors. Since November 2022, Pfizer’s stock has plummeted by 25%, significantly underperforming the pharmaceutical index. This downward trend contradicts expectations; the success of the COVID-19 vaccine should have bolstered the company’s value.The capital markets’ response to Pfizer’s stock price slump implies that the company might be facing potential liabilities. Financial analyst Ed Dowd points out that Pfizer’s legal safeguards under the PREP Act might not protect the company if substantial fraud is uncovered. . .
